REAR CARBON WINGLETS DUCATI PANIGALE V4 - V2  EXTREME COMPONENTS

The base of the winglets perfectly matches the lines of all Ducati monoposto seat cover.

They can therefore be installed anywhere. The winglets are supplied with a template also machined in an autoclave and in Black Fiber. The latter allows the assembly in the correct position of the winglets themselves and can serve as reinforcement for the more fragile tailplanes if necessary. The installation of the template is necessary for monoposto not sufficiently robust, structurally compliant with the modification we are making. The template, in this case used as reinforcement, must be installed inside the hull using two-component glue (not supplied). Gluing the template should only be done after drilling the winglet installation holes.

• Laminated with 200g twill weave carbon prepreg (pre-preg) fabric

• Autoclave treatment at 90° and 5 bar pressure, with vacuum technique

• Thanks to the use of high temperature and vacuum technique, the shells are extremely resistant, refined and shiny
