From the 3D scanning of the motorcycle, to the 3D drawings to the 3D laser cutting for the titanium bushings up to the visible welding of the manifolds and TIG welded silencers.

This is how the complete Full TITANIUM kit GDU8836T were born, that allows you to lower the dB value to 104 dB at 5375rpm without dB killer with excellent performance already tested on the circuits in the Supersport 600 world championship by Raffaele De Rosa with the Orelac team.

By installing this complete titanium kit it is necessary to map the control unit as it will be necessary to intervene on the exhaust line by removing the original catalysts.

After a technical cooperation held for years, Spark R&D has been working on such an important and deeply Italian project in partnership with "Enzo Ferrari" University of Modena Engineering Department. In few weeks technicians elaborated the numerical simulation, they defined the best configuration and developed 3d drawings and clamping units. They worked day and night for the production of the first systems, with state-of-the-art materials and technologies.
